I am the Assistant Principal, Special Education and 504 Coordinator at Greer Middle College. I am originally from Travelers Rest, SC. I graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelors degree in Special Education, later earned my Masters degree in Early Childhood Education from Furman University and lastly, earned a Masters in Secondary Administration from Arkansas State University.
I started my teaching career at Riverside High School were I taught in a Special Education, self-contained classroom for 16 years. I am currently starting my fifth year at GMC. It has been an exciting transition for me because I love this school and the faculty, and I thoroughly enjoy supporting the people and the programs here.
I live in Travelers Rest with my high school sweetheart, husband of 21 years, Scott, and our two daughters, Laine and Lela. We enjoy spending as much time together as possible, especially at the lake!
